Who Are We?

BeOriginal is a graphic design studio located in The bustling rural metropolis of Suwanee, GA. We started the company back in the early days of the personal computer. Can you believe they used to be black and white? Wow, that makes us sound old.

We're family owned and operated. While that sounds great for your local butcher shop, you may wonder why that's a good thing for your design studio. For one, we provide a much more personal approach to our work than can be found with the larger, corporate machines of design. We only take on so many projects at any given time, so we're selective with who we work with and what projects we take on. I guess you could say we're a bit picky. We really want all of our work to be portfolio pieces. That means we don't do the broad template work some design studios do. We're all about custom, high quality, design and development.

Company Man

I guess company man kinda describes me. I've had three different companies, all in different fields of graphic design. This one, BeOriginal is by far the most exciting and satisfying to date. Since 1988 I have enjoyed working on many types of projects with a variety of companies, large and small.

But when it comes to personnel endeavors, I like to build and shape things, i.e. sand carvings, landscaping, stuff with my hands. Along with that I make time for photography, illustrating (mostly with color crayons and color pencil) and writing, well I try to make time for that.

Howdy, I'm Jonathan. My hobbies include my work, computers, video games, playing guitar, and drinking way too much caffiene. I'm the web guy around these parts. While everything we do at BeOriginal is a team effort, my job includes mainly web design and development. I build custom websites tailored to fit each client's individual needs. As a great philosopher once said.

Standing out from the Crowd

The design field has become diluted with many companies offering various services but failing to deliver on an acceptable level of quality. We strongly believe in quality over quantity. Every project we take on, big or small, is looked at with the idea of giving the client, you, the best possible quality of work for you money. Our portfolio is important to us and we don't want to fill it with anything we're not proud of showing off.
